Location: Najafgarh, New Delhi
Experience: 2 to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patentability and prior art searches to assess the novelty of inventions.
- Prepare and draft patent applications, including claims, descriptions, and drawings.
- Manage the prosecution process, respond to office actions, and ensure timely filing and follow-ups with patent offices.
- Help analyze patent infringement issues and assist in litigation or settlement preparations.
- Act as a mentor for associates to help them learn and grow in the organization.
Education
- M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Tech /M.Tech in Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Electrical and Computer Science.
- Candidates should possess strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, along with solid computer knowledge and skills.
